Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 large egg (or two egg yolks)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add egg, vanilla and flour
3. Shape by using a cookie press.
4. Bake on an un-greased cookie sheet at 375 for 15 minutes.
